Responsibilities

  • Create and manage customer accounts within the booking system.
  • Monitor travel packages and offer competitive pricing.
  • Attend travel industry events and training to stay updated.
  • Generate sales reports and track customer feedback for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote travel packages.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualification in Travel and Tourism
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in travel consulting or customer service roles preferred
