Job Description

As an Acetylene Torch Solderer, you will play a vital role in our production line. You will be responsible for joining metal components using acetylene torches, while ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and inspect weld joints before soldering or welding.
  • Use measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in cutting and shaping.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with welding equipment as they arise.
  • Assist in training new employees on welding procedures and safety practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
  • Trade Certificate in Welding or relevant qualification
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant welding roles
Technical Skills

Languages

Advantageous
