Job Description

We are on the lookout for a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst based in Cape Town who will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our software products. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing testing strategies to ensure that our applications function flawlessly and meet the highest standards of user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement automated testing solutions where feasible.
• Monitor and analyze product quality metrics.
• Facilitate testing workshops to develop testing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and practices.
• Assist in the creation of training materials for end-users.
• Collaborate in cross-team meetings to discuss quality improvements.
• Mentor junior QA team members to foster their development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software testing

Technical Skills

• Automated Testing Tools
• SQL

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
