Job Description

As a Guest Services Manager in Port Elizabeth, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of front office operations, you will lead our team to deliver outstanding service while managing guest relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day guest services operations and ensure high standards.
• Develop and maintain procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure communication of expectations and goals.
• Liaise with other departments to improve overall guest experience.
• Evaluate staff performance and recommend promotions or disciplinary actions.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the hospitality environment.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Experience in a similar position is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years in guest services within the hospitality industry

• English: Fluent
