Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our establishment. Your role will involve managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards. Ideal candidates should possess excellent leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the hospitality venue.
  • Build and oversee a highly effective management team.
  • Respond to guest feedback swiftly and positively.
  • Manage operational budgets, including forecasting and analysis.
  • Ensure all services adhere to quality and service standards.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff to ensure skill development.
  • Manage high-level supplier and vendor relationships.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to boost business.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Hospitality Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in a hospitality leadership role
