Job Description

As a Civil Engineer in our Durban office, you'll participate in innovative and meaningful projects. Your role will involve collaborating with architects and other engineers to ensure that designs are both functional and sustainable. Responsibilities

• Perform feasibility studies and evaluate site conditions.
• Develop designs that meet environmental and governmental regulations.
• Coordinate efforts with contractors and subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare contingency plans.
• Review and approve construction works.
• Utilize software tools for planning and design purposes.
• Engage in the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
• Assist in managing budgets and financial reports.
• Participate in the maintenance of civil engineering standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineering registration is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering roles

Languages

• English: Fluent
