We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online platforms and enhance our digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations to ensure maximum uptime and site functionality.
• Analyze customer feedback and transactions to enhance service quality.
• Work with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Collaborate with IT on website improvements and troubleshooting.
• Utilize analytics tools to track customer behavior and sales patterns for decision-making.
• Assist in budget planning and allocation for e-commerce activities.
• Train and mentor junior staff in e-commerce best practices and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce strategies and online marketing
