Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Participate in staff meetings to provide insights on guest experiences.
Utilize booking software to manage reservations and changes.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
Experience
3+ years of relevant experience in a hotel environment
