Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing all phases of construction and will possess strong leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings to discuss progress, issues, and plans with stakeholders.
• Estimate project costs and timelines accurately.
• Handle project documentation and maintain organized records.
• Manage contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Resolve conflicts and manage on-site challenges effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
