Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution through strong leadership and team collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with local and national building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Facilitate the smooth handover of completed projects to clients.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support the training and mentoring of junior staff members.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and report updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Professional certifications in construction management are preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a construction management role

• Construction Scheduling

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
