Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Pretoria. This role requires a proactive individual who can develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals. The HR Manager will play an essential role in managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain an employee handbook.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Support strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • Implement employee engagement strategies to enhance retention.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee wellness programs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
  • Provide guidance on performance management processes.
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with employment standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • 5-7 years of HR experience with a focus on strategic HR management
