As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team, with responsibilities spanning recruitment processes, employee engagement, and maintaining compliance standards. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to enhancing employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews.
• Advise management on employee performance and development discussions.
• Implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
• Support conflict resolution through mediation and coaching.
• Coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills.
• Maintain employee records and HR metrics for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs.
• Participate in developing compensation and benefits structures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Certification in HR Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in HR roles with a focus on employee relations
