Fundraising Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Fundraising Coordinator who will be instrumental in generating funding for our community initiatives. This position entails developing and maintaining relationships with donors, planning fundraising events, and creating compelling communication strategies to expand our donor base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans to achieve financial goals.
• Cultivate relationships with major donors and potential supporters.
• Organize fundraising events and campaigns, both in-person and virtual.
• Prepare grant applications and reports for funding organizations.
• Monitor and report on fundraising performance metrics and goals.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials for fundraising events.
• Build and maintain a database of donors and prospects.
• Engage with community groups and local businesses for partnership opportunities.
• Develop engaging content for newsletters and social media to promote fundraising efforts.
• Conduct donor appreciation events to strengthen relationships and encourage ongoing support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in fundraising, donor relations, or related roles
