Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff in daily operations.
• Assess patients’ medication therapy and recommend appropriate adjustments.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay updated on new medications.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote health education.
• Address and resolve patient queries and complaints professionally.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting

Certifications

• Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
