Responsibilities

  • Manage customer portfolios and ensure the successful onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Coordinate with technical support to resolve customer issues swiftly.
  • Develop strategies to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
  • Gather insights from customer interactions to drive product enhancements.
  • Lead regular client meetings to discuss product updates and gather feedback.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for high-profile customers during critical projects.
  • Engage with clients through various channels, including emails, calls, and in-person meetings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management
