Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Manager responsible for enhancing customer experiences in Bloemfontein. You will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, leading onboarding sessions and providing continuous support to drive product utilization and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Lead onboarding sessions and ongoing training programs for customers.
  • Review customer accounts and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions.

Education
