• Manage and mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of extensive experience in civil engineering and project management

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• MS Project

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Crisis Management

Certifications

• IChemE membership

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous

• Knowledge of SAP2000 / AMERCIAD: Experience in using structural design software is advantageous.
