Responsibilities

• Develop innovative structural solutions to complex engineering challenges.
• Lead projects and mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and building codes throughout all stages.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals for prospective clients.
• Analyze and resolve client queries related to structural concerns.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience is advantageous

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• LEED Accreditation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Advanced knowledge of structural codes and regulations: Deep understanding of SANS and other relevant standards.
• Experience working with large-scale construction projects: Previous involvement in significant infrastructure projects.
