Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities, ensuring all team members are aligned.
• Oversee the production and assembly processes.
• Review designs for manufacturability and assembly.
• Assist with the creation of maintenance standards and manuals.
• Support sales and marketing teams with technical expertise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Professional certifications such as PMP is advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
