Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Recycling and Reclamation Workers to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you'll be responsible for sorting, organizing, and handling recyclable materials to ensure efficient operations and help contribute towards environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Sort and prepare materials for processing.
• Ensure all materials are processed according to company procedures.
• Monitor equipment operation and report any malfunctions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve processes.
• Assist in developing new strategies for recycling efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Equivalent certification in logistics or warehousing is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in recycling or warehouse operations is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Forklift License
• Knowledge of Inventory Systems

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of recycling processes: Understanding of recycling methods and safety procedures.
