Responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct research projects in drug discovery.
• Develop protocols for new experimental techniques and methodologies.

• Utilize statistical software for data analysis and interpretation.
• Train team members on new technologies and methodologies.
• Contribute to the preparation of regulatory documents and submissions.
• Foster relationships with academic institutions for collaborative research.
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance research capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Biotechnology or related field
• PhD is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of laboratory research experience

Technical Skills

• Protein Biochemistry
• Cell Culture Techniques

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
