Job Description

Join our team as a UX Researcher where you will conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to elevate our user experience. You will be responsible for translating user feedback into actionable insights that guide design decisions. Your research skills will empower our designers to build intuitive interfaces that our users can connect with.

Responsibilities

  • Implement user testing practices to evaluate product usability.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and designers for seamless integration of findings.
  • Utilise analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of user interfaces.
  • Engage with the user community to foster feedback loops for ongoing research.
  • Contribute to the development of user-centered design guidelines within the organization.
  • Ensure accessibility standards are met in all user research activities.
  • Document research processes and findings for future reference and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in tech industry
