UX Researcher

Job Description

Join our team as a UX Researcher where you will conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to elevate our user experience. You will be responsible for translating user feedback into actionable insights that guide design decisions. Your research skills will empower our designers to build intuitive interfaces that our users can connect with.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives, including focus groups and usability testing.
• Develop and maintain user personas based on research findings.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform design improvements.
• Translate user feedback into design specifications and recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement user research findings.
• Track metrics post-launch to assess the impact of design decisions on user experience.
• Serve as a liaison between users and the design team to improve product offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field
• Relevant postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in tech industry
