Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the retail team to meet performance objectives.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product range.
• Utilize customer feedback to improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide training on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Analyze foot traffic patterns to optimize store layout.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
• Debrief with employees post-campaigns to evaluate performance.
• Implement loss prevention strategies.
• Prepare for and conduct store audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Business Administration
• Master's degree advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role within retail
