Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, solid leadership skills, and be proficient in managing hotel operations to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all hotel operations and maintain high standards for service delivery.
  • Develop budgets and financial plans that enhance profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate team members to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat guests and provide personalized services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns to maintain satisfaction.
  • Implement marketing initiatives that showcase the hotel’s offerings.
  • Assist in the development and execution of events at the hotel.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and future recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in the hospitality sector
