Job Description

As a Tariff Publishing Agent, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining tariff information. Your role will involve ensuring that tariff rates, rules, and regulations are accurately published and updated across multiple platforms. You will need strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of tariff information and regulations.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date tariff database.
• Publish and distribute tariff publications to clients.
• Engage with clients to address tariff-related inquiries.
• Monitor changes in legislation affecting tariff structures.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Utilize software tools for data management and reporting.
• Assist in training newly hired team members on tariff procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tariff publishing or related roles

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of publishing software
