Job Description

As a Campus Recruiter at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll play a crucial role in connecting with universities and attracting young talent to our innovative team. You'll strategize recruitment initiatives, organize campus events, and build strong relationships with faculty and students to ensure a robust pipeline of candidates. This role requires a blend of creativity, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of our industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
  • Coordinate on-campus recruiting events and informational sessions.
  • Develop partnerships with universities to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Support the internship program by identifying suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments in collaboration with hiring teams.
  • Assist in candidate onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a campus or early career setting
