E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online sales strategy. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of E-commerce trends and consumer behaviour, alongside a passion for driving sales and enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee E-commerce sales targets and support the sales team.
• Utilise analytics tools to track site performance and user trends.
• Develop promotional campaigns to boost seasonal offerings.
• Coordinate marketing efforts across multiple channels.
• Explore new revenue streams through affiliate and partnership opportunities.
• Manage customer service initiatives related to online sales.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of competitors and market conditions.
• Provide leadership and direction to the E-commerce team for project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or E-commerce
• Master's degree a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in E-commerce strategy or online retail
