• Facilitate referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Advocate for patient needs and preferences.
• Keep accurate medical records to track patient history and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
