Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and managing talent acquisition processes. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Develop HR policies and programs that support business objectives.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Perform regular audits of HR systems and processes for effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with management to understand business needs and workforce requirements.
  • Ensure effective succession planning and talent development strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to HR.
  • Prepare and monitor HR budgets and forecasts.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Human Resources certification (e.g. HRBP, SHRM-CP) is advantageous
