Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source candidates.
• Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Use various sourcing techniques to attract candidates across different platforms.
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate information.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and facilitate job offers.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
