Job Description

As a Clinical Psychologist at our esteemed facility in Durban, you will play an integral role in providing high-quality psychological services. You'll support patients with mental health issues, conducting assessments and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients using evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored to patient needs.
• Develop and guide treatment interventions that promote recovery.
• Engage with families to support their understanding of mental health.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training opportunities.
• Contribute to public education initiatives about mental health.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in Clinical Psychology

Experience

• 5+ years experience working in mental health settings
