E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail strategies. This role involves developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, optimizing product offerings and driving sales. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to enhance the customer journey and maximize online sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct A/B testing on website elements to improve user experience.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance product offerings.
• Develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales.
• Work closely with the IT team to maintain website functionality.
• Define and manage KPIs for the e-commerce team.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in managing e-commerce operations
