We are on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager in Cape Town who is passionate about retail and customer service. In this role, you will help oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive team performance and provide coaching to staff.

  • Ensure efficient handling of store operations and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Post-school qualification in Retail Management is a plus
  • Customer Service Proficient in delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Inventory Management Skilled in managing stock levels and vendor relationships.
  • Sales Techniques Experience in various sales strategies and techniques.
  • Merchandising Expertise in visual merchandising and promotion.
  • Team Leadership Ability to motivate and lead a retail team.
  • Analytical Skills Strong analytical skills to assess sales trends.
  • Cash Handling Skilled in accurate cash handling and financial reporting.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem Solving Adept at resolving customer complaints and store issues.
  • Teamwork Strong ability to work collaboratively with staff.
  • Time Management Effective at managing time and prioritizing tasks.
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)
