IP Strategy Analyst

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an IP Strategy Analyst who is passionate about intellectual property law. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze IP portfolios, advise on trademark registrations, and conduct market assessments to safeguard our clients' competitive edge in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate IP portfolios to maximize value.
• Prepare and file trademark applications and renewals.
• Advise on licensing agreements and IP compliance.
• Monitor potential infringements and advise clients accordingly.
• Facilitate workshops and training on IP for clients.
• Work closely with legal counsel in litigation matters.
• Stay updated on national and international IP trends.
• Contribute to marketing materials highlighting IP services.
• Develop relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in IP strategy or consultancy

Languages
