You will analyze and evaluate IP assets, provide strategic advice, and work closely with clients to protect their innovations and market positions. This role requires a keen understanding of IP law and the ability to navigate complex legal scenarios.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate IP portfolios to maximize value.
  • Prepare and file trademark applications and renewals.
  • Advise on licensing agreements and IP compliance.
  • Monitor potential infringements and advise clients accordingly.
  • Facilitate workshops and training on IP for clients.
  • Work closely with legal counsel in litigation matters.
  • Stay updated on national and international IP trends.
  • Contribute to marketing materials highlighting IP services.
  • Develop relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, with a focus on Intellectual Property
  • Master's degree in Law is advantageous
  • Intellectual Property Law In-depth knowledge of IP laws and regulations.
  • Contracts Management Strong understanding of IP licensing and contracts.
  • Regulatory Compliance Expertise in ensuring adherence to relevant laws.
  • Legal Research Proficient in conducting complex legal research.
  • Analytical Skills Highly skilled in interpreting complex data and legal documents.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Strong ability to negotiate favorable terms for clients.
  • Client Management Exceptional skills in managing client relationships.
  • Certified Intellectual Property Professional (CIPP)
  • Legal Practice Course (LPC) Certification
  • English (Fluent)

  • Understanding of digital copyright issues: Familiarity with the challenges surrounding digital content and copyright law.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies: Awareness of how new technologies impact IP strategy and protection.
