Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch service to our customers in Johannesburg. In this role, you will respond to customer queries, resolve complaints, and offer guidance regarding our services. Your communication skills and ability to connect with customers will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers in understanding the features and benefits of our products.
  • Track and report on customer service metrics and KPIs.
  • Work with management to develop strategies for improving customer service.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Certification in Customer Service Management is a plus
Experience
  • 2-4 years in customer service with a focus on support and sales
