Job Description

Join our team as a Help Desk Technician where your expertise will help clients resolve their technical issues efficiently. You will work closely with the technical support team to ensure all customer queries are addressed promptly and effectively, making this an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy facilitating technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and prioritize support requests from clients.
  • Log and track issues, ensuring clear communication with users.
  • Provide guidance on the use of company software and systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend upgrades or changes to existing systems.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new users.
  • Work closely with IT staff to address escalated issues effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • National Certificate in IT or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT is preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support.
