Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR operations in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you'll lead HR strategies, manage talent acquisition, and develop employee engagement initiatives to create a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate organizational development strategies.
  • Evaluate and improve HR practices and procedures.
  • Advise management on HR-related matters and best practices.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to upskill employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience
