Job Description

Join our growing team as a Customer Success Manager in Cape Town. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and driving continuous improvement to enhance their experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their success with our products.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
  • Coordinate with various teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop engagement plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions to enhance service delivery.
  • Track customer usage and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in customer success or related fields
