Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We seek an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Durban. This role involves analysing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process engineering and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Design and implement new production layouts.
• Monitor production KPIs and report on performance.
• Work with suppliers to improve material and equipment quality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or related field

Languages
