We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in East London. The candidate will assist with dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to patients.
Responsibilities
Support pharmacists in providing patient-centered care.
Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles.
Assist with pharmacy audits and quality assurance processes.
Help resolve medication-related issues for patients.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to pharmacy initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all pharmacy policies and procedures.
Assist in training new pharmacy staff and interns.
Promote health awareness and disease prevention in the community.
Utilize pharmacy software for prescription processing.
Requirements
Education
Pharmacy Technician Diploma
Additional certifications like CPR and First Aid are a plus
