Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our vibrant sales team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the retail store, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues.
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance their performance.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Retail Management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in a retail supervisory role
