Job Description

As a Human Resources Coordinator at HR Solutions Co., you will play a vital role in implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business objectives. You will support the recruitment process, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and specifications.

• Work closely with the HR Manager on strategic planning for workforce development.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in human resources or talent acquisition

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with employment laws

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous
