Job Description

As our Learning and Development Specialist, you will drive training initiatives that promote continuous professional development within the organization. Your expertise will guide the creation of training resources and workshops to support our diverse employee base.

Responsibilities

  • Assess individual training needs and suitability for development programs.
  • Promote continuous professional development and lifelong learning culture.
  • Gift new training methodologies through innovative programs.
  • Gather employee feedback to improve training sessions.
  • Establish metrics for measuring training ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with internal training policies and regulations.
  • Support the development of leadership pathways and succession plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Additional certification in Learning & Development is preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in L&D roles within corporate settings
Technical Skills
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications
  • Association for Talent Development (ATD) Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
