Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Architect to join our team who will contribute to innovative architectural projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing buildings while ensuring compliance with safety and zoning laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and define project scope and deliverables.
• Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to both throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues as they arise.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Monitor project performance and adjust processes as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to determine efficiency and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Advanced certification in project management is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a track record in diverse industries.
