Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will strategize and implement effective HR policies, drive talent acquisition, and ensure compliance with labour laws.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement policies and procedures that foster a workplace culture of respect and inclusion.
  • Oversee employee benefits and compensation administration.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices within HR operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or MBA is preferred

  • 7+ years in a leadership HR role
