Job Description

Join our supportive HR team as an HR Generalist based in Port Elizabeth. This role involves overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. The successful candidate will help create an inclusive and engaging workplace while providing support to employees across various HR initiatives. We seek someone who is proactive and has a strong background in HR management.

Responsibilities

  • Implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee performance.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, including turnover and employee satisfaction.
  • Organise and facilitate training sessions for skill development.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Manage employee relations issues and facilitate resolution strategies.
  • Advise management on HR policies and best practices.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and legislation affecting the workforce.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through HR initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles
