Job Description

We are looking for a driven Compensation and Benefits Specialist to manage and refine our compensation and benefits offerings. This role demands expertise in market analysis, policy creation, and compliance with labor laws, helping us ensure that our compensation framework is both equitable and effective.

Responsibilities

• Craft compensation policies that align with organizational goals.
• Analyze employee benefit offerings and recommend enhancements.
• Facilitate training sessions for HR staff regarding compensation structures.
• Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations affecting compensation and benefits.
• Assist management in developing compensation plans for key talent retention.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs and suggest improvements.
• Provide analytical support for HR projects related to compensation and benefits.
• Communicate effectively with employees regarding benefits policies and changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management
