Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance our mechanical systems. You will be tasked with ensuring compliance with industry regulations, analyzing project specifications, and providing recommendations for improvement. The successful candidate will have experience in project management and a commitment to delivering quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of mechanical systems for new projects.
• Evaluate project requirements and design specifications.
• Optimize existing mechanical systems for reliability.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for project requirements.
• Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.
• Document all phases of the engineering process for audits.
• Facilitate team workshops for technology advancements.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and standards.
• Report regularly to management on project progress and issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering projects

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Leadership

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• ASME Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with ISO standards: Knowledge of ISO quality standards relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Experience with PLC programming: Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers in automated systems.
