Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries on a day-to-day basis ensuring a high service standard.
  • Proactively seek ways to enhance the customer experience.
  • Support the team in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in training for new tools and systems as needed.
  • Monitor customer feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or Customer Service preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or support

Languages
  • Afrikaans: Basic
  • English: Fluent
