We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative who can assist and engage with our customers effectively. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Manage customer inquiries using a ticketing system.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in best practices.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products.
  • Contribute to team meetings and insights for service improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Higher qualification in Customer Service or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
Technical Skills
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar software
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
Soft Skills
  • Empathy
  • Teamwork
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with multiple languages: Ability to communicate in Afrikaans or Xhosa is an asset.
